  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Sale items and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send the item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3.3 Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3.4 Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for size or color variations (if stock is available).

  • To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order.

3.5 Damaged or Incorrect Items
